Led the nursing team, managing daily schedules and clinical care standards. Oversaw anaesthesia, surgical and inpatient care, infection control, and compliance. Acted as a key point of contact for clients and staff, supporting communication and problem-solving, while assisting with practice administration to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Provided high-quality nursing care, supporting veterinary surgeons with anaesthesia, laboratory tests, medications, and surgical and post-operative care. Maintained excellent standards of animal welfare, hygiene, and infection control. Worked closely with clients, offering empathetic communication and support. Assisted with administrative tasks, including diary management, charity accounts, and the Pet Health Club. Contributed as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure smooth practice operations and a positive experience for patients and clients.

Completed a one-year placement as a Student Veterinary Nurse, gaining practical experience in all areas of the role. Learned to provide high-quality patient care while supporting the veterinary team and helping clients.
