Experienced Food and Beverage Team Leader with a proven track record at The National Trust in Scarborough, North Yorkshire. In my 7 years working for the National Trust, I have demonstrated exceptional customer service, inventory and stock management, cash handling and banking skills. Assisted and trained new members of staff. Successfully completed a two-day membership training course and learnt extensive local knowledge which helped to enhance visitor experience. I was responsible for ordering, receipting stock deliveries, monthly stock counts, and maintaining accurate records of freezer temperatures keeping in line with food and beverage hygiene protocols. My commitment to implementing the organisation's core values and beliefs was seen in my everyday work. Aside from my professional career, in my spare time I found a passion for pottery and now have my own business, making hand made pottery and selling at local craft markets.
