Jessica Forrester-Mollitt

· An Assistant Director in Deloitte's Forensic Technology department with over 14 years' experience of working on high profile EDiscovery and Data Analytics projects.

· Passionate about problem solving and critical thinking, constantly trying to find solutions to client's problems using Forensic Applications and tools.

· Over 10 years of Relativity experience both as a Review Manager but mainly through role in Application Management.

· Responsible for upgrades, maintenance, incident management, security considerations and managing the application both front end and back.

· Led on the SQL analysis and script design for client and internal offerings and used Relativity to solve complex problems.

· Wealth of experience in troubleshooting complex issues and understand where to gain information from Windows platform and SQL Server to resolve issues efficiently for clients.

· Worked on numerous versions of this application, through infrastructure changes, UI changes, migration to RelOne and managing servers internal in local data centres and in AWS.

· Notable Projects:

I. Database migration to Relativity of over 20 databases. Mapping data, folder structure, creating algorithms to map redactions, creating scripts to split data to relevant fields etc.

II. Creating a bespoke Billing Tool using Relativity Event Handlers, Agents and SQL scripts.

III. Creating custom solutions for global client project such as a Claims Management Tool, used by clients in several countries. Worked with the client to discuss their requirements and use Relativity Objects to create a tool that automated claims and workflow. The tool incorporated Agents, Event Handlers, SQL scripts, triggers etc Following this was invited to speak on a panel at a Relativity User session on Development in Relativity.

IV. Worked in multiple countries setting up and managing Relativity environments for clients onsite.

V. Pro Bono case using Relativity to capture data provided by charity organisation and draw links between individuals and analyse data to identify trends.
