I am currently working as a Bar Assistant at J D Wetherspoon, providing excellent customer service in a busy, fast paced pub environment. My responsibilities include preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, operating tills and processing cash and card payments accurately, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, restocking bar supplies, and ensuring compliance with licensing and health and safety regulations. Working effectively as part of a team to deliver efficient service during busy periods, resolve customer queries professionally, and assist with opening and closing procedures while demonstrating strong communication, teamwork, multitasking, and time management skills.

Working at McDonald's allowed me to enhance my current skills by working in a fast-paced environment with a team, responsible for taking orders, preparing food, and ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere for customers. The experience of working at McDonald's has taught me efficient multitasking, effective communication, and the importance of delivering high-quality service.

Working at PoundStretcher involved helping and interacting with customers, assisting with their enquires and accurately processing transactions, managing stock records and maintaining an organised working enviroment. Working in retail has given me transferable skills to use in other job roles such as excellent communication skills, independent working, efficient time management and problem solving skills.
