Jesse Gill

I am a friendly and hard working waitress with a desire to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for customers and provide quick and efficient service in fast-paced situations. I have learnt to be thorough and attentive when talking to customers to ensure good quality service. I feel passionate and determined to try my best when faced with new challenges and opportunities. I work independently and in an organised manner all while displaying strong teamwork and communication skills. Lastly, I like to maintain a positive attitude around co workers to create an enjoyable environment for them to work in.

I have had many different additional work opportunities that I have taken up as a result of working at The Montague Inn. In August 2022, I received an offer to work at a wedding venue held locally where I performed bar duties such as serving alcoholic beverages, replenishing stock and clearing glasses throughout the night. In June 2023 I had the opportunity to work at a VIP restaurant at Glastonbury called At the Festival which was run by Stay Original. I helped run front of house duties such as running food and drinks to customers, cleared and relayed tables, taking orders and payments. I also helped with back of house duties as well such as polishing glasses and cutlery. I thoroughly enjoyed these jobs and I am always excited to challenge myself with work in different environments that are new to me.
