● Offering confidential emotional and practical support, guidance, and information about court procedures, legal terminology, and trial outcomes to witnesses and their supporters.
● Assisting witnesses in coping with the emotional and psychological impact of giving evidence by conducting pre-trial visits, explaining courtroom layouts, and addressing any concerns or anxieties they may have.
