• Screening and conducting risk assessments of individuals in custody at Westminster Magistrates Court to identify mental health, substance abuse, homeless and other vulnerabilities in line with SystemOne.
• Diverting acutely unwell custodies into healthcare from the criminal justice system via the Mental health act 1983 to ensure appropriate care including civil and forensic sections.
• Signposting custodies to primary and secondary healthcare including Prison In-reach, GPs, CMHTs, Drug and alcohol services and social care.
• Establishing strong collaborative partnerships with other agencies including Police L&D, Drug and alcohol services, MAPPA, CMHTs, Crown Courts, Social Services and Probation.

● Based at Liverpool Crown Court to provide dedicated support to victims and witnesses of crime attending trials for serious offenses, including murder, grievous bodily harm, trafficking, and firearms-related cases.
● Offering confidential emotional and practical support, guidance, and information about court procedures, legal terminology, and trial outcomes to witnesses and their supporters.
● Assisting witnesses in coping with the emotional and psychological impact of giving evidence by conducting pre-trial visits, explaining courtroom layouts, and addressing any concerns or anxieties they may have.
● Liaising with Crown Prosecution Service (CPS), police, and court officials for appropriate special measures, such as screens or video links

• Dedicated over 250+ hours to young adult clients mentally affected by Covid-19 by providing them pro-bono therapy on a weekly basis under the supervision of the chief psychologist
• Developed and implemented subjective intervention plans and coping techniques in line with DBT, CBT and mindfulness structures based on risks
• Managing client confidentiality in regulation with GDPR

• Responsible for conducting mental health awareness sessions and leading activities with vulnerable children aged 12-20 years old, exposed to the Indian criminal justice system via family members
• Supported the children effectively to develop an educational, emotional and social competency by conducting sessions on challenging topics including gender, sexuality, consent, mental health, abuse, suicide and sex education

• Designed and developed individualised intervention plans for 9 real life case studies by evaluating patient goals as well as their mental and practical conditions
• Conducted and led a 3-hour public seminar on "Criminal Behaviour" to co-workers and the psychologists at the clinic, covering the psychology of serial killers, arsonists, kidnappers and cult leaders with specific case studies
