Provide support for women accessing MASH's drop-in service, including:

- preparing and serving food and drink

- providing emotional 1:1 support for a range of issues faced by those accessing drop-in

- facilitating activities taking place in the drop-in

- completing administrative tasks

- having a compassionate and comprehensive understanding of issues faced by street sex workers and/or those who are homeless

- managing a team of journalists and photographers

- leading team meetings

- meeting deadlines for online publication

- supporting the running and delivery of events eg. magazine launches

- contributing ideas to meetings and delivering these ideas for online publication

- supporting the administrative needs of a team of therapists and other healthcare professionals

- responding to calls and emails from service users, relatives and other healthcare professionals

- keeping accurate and professional documentation

- understanding the importance of confidentiality around service user information

- knowledge of mental health disorders including depression, anxiety and eating disorders

- acted as first point of contact (in-person, telephone or email) for all residents, relatives and healthcare professionals

- supporting refuge referral, admission and discharge processes

- administrative tasks including sending correspondence, maintaining confidential patient records and petty cash checks

- taking main responsibilities during lone-work night shifts
