• I Provided excellent customer service by welcoming customers, managing bookings, and ensuring sports and leisure facilities were clean, safe, and ready for use. Responsible for opening and closing facilities, setting up equipment, resolving customer queries, and following health and safety procedures at the school St Edward’s College.

Provide friendly and efficient bar service at Anfield Stadium, serving customers during matchdays and events while handling cash and card payments, preparing drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and working effectively as part of a busy team on match days.

• I delivered outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment helping customers with product selection, sizing, and overall advice during a busy period. I supported other colleagues by maintaining store standards, processing transactions and help meet daily targets set. I worked well under pressure whether it was on the till serving people or on the shop floor finding the correct size for a customer.

• I engaged with customers by answering their questions and ensuring they had a positive experience. Working effectively with other operators allowed me to build teamwork skills to ensure the fair runs smoothly.

• I worked in a café local to my house to learn how to interact with customers. Also handling multiple tasks simultaneously such as serving food, clearing tables and processing payments.

• I worked with children below my peer group, in coaching, training and refereeing. I benefited from playing alongside and teaching them skills at their level. My involvement started as a member for around a year and in my second year I started work experience.
