Havant Thicket Reservoir
I've work on the Havant Thicket Reservoir during the tendering stage and was responsible for pricing:
- Concrete Culvert (water intake structure through reservoir embankment with valve tower).
- Control building
More recently I have work with the project team of Havant Thicket Reservoir to update prices & Programme the elements of the reservoir that changed due to improved design or unknown ground conditions. These include:
- Destratification system
- Water Quality Instrumentation
- Geo-monitoring and ducting
- Inlet pipe and cross connection chambers
- Culvert Seepage pumping station
- Site drainage plan & Cess Pit
- Additional Environment Agency monitoring of flow and Water Quality
- Split of emergency discharge flow
- Ventilation system for culvert and valve tower
- A new 1500lm above ground pipeline (DN1000) over the reservoir embankment to borrow pits
Portsmouth Naval Base
