  • Hands-on experience in the maintenance and differentiation of induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs), primary cell lines and advanced direct and indirect co-culture systems.
  • Currently contributing to the development of disease-relevant in vitro models for target identification and validation in translational research.
  • Proficient in a wide range of laboratory and molecular biology techniques such as:
  • Flow cytometry, qPCR, RT-PCR and western blotting.
  • Immunofluorescence staining, high content imaging and microscopy using the Opera Phenix and Incucyte.
  • Whole cell and cell-surface proteomics assays.
  • Single-cell RNA Sequencing (scRNA-seq) experiments to analyse gene expression at single-cell resolution.
  • Cell viability and proliferation assays and differentiation protocols.
  • Automated workflows using robotic liquid handling systems such as Dragonfly, BRAVO, ViaFlo and Firefly for high-throughput experiments.
  • Experience in writing and following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operatin under GLP and GDPR compliance.
  • Strong background in scientific communication, with experience in:
  • Designing and presenting posters and experimental data at scientific conferences.
  • Producing detailed technical reports and maintaining research documentation.
