During y time at Durham decking my role was to install composite flooring above steel work across the uk from central London to the tops of Scotland on multi hundred million pound projects for extremely high value clients. working with a large workforce this fast paced environment often relying on tight deadlines and stressful conditions has let me to gain quality time keeping, Risk management and a target driven mindset. Speaking with high-value clients has led me to develop strong communication skills, the ability to understand customer needs, manage expectations, and deliver solutions that build long-term trust and repeat business, I was often responsible for handing over completed works, answering client queries, and making final adjustments to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
In my younger years I worked part time at a activity centre where we would take customers on tours through woodlands fields and countryside areas on quad bikes and off-road vehicles. delivering thrilling experiences whilst maintaining high customer satisfaction and safety standards, dealing with the general public helped to gain skills such as reassurance, social confidence, public speaking in large crowds and instructing great deals of people. Providing a positive experience for customers was always recognised and maintaining the brand was my top priority, This led to repeat clients and building positive relationships with those people who often brought more business for the company.
