I successfully oversaw extensive S278 works, ensuring the project met all technical and regulatory requirements, and managed all stages of construction from pre-construction planning to project completion.

Managed construction of roads and sewer systems for a new housing estate. I took full responsibility for project delivery, overseeing everything from tender stage to final completion. Ensured storm and sewer drainage met Anglian Water adoptable standards, and road construction adhered to Lincolnshire Highways' specifications.

Project: Washingborough Flood Alleviation Scheme (Principal Contractor: Lincolnshire County Council)
Project Value: £715,000

Managed construction of a stormwater drainage system within an existing housing estate. The project involved complex logistics to ensure residents' access to properties during construction, and I ensured the project was completed within agreed timeline and budget while meeting all technical specifications.

August 2014 – December 2014
Project: RAF Chicksands - Project Slam (Principal Contractor: Debut, Bovis Lend Lease)
Project Value: £600,000

Oversaw construction of two modern 32-bedroom accommodation units, managing civil works, groundworks, landscaping, and some design and build responsibilities. Additionally, I ensured all security protocols were followed in compliance with Ministry of Defence requirements, ensuring safety throughout the project.

October 2013 – September 2014
Project: Uppingham School – New Science Block (Principal Contractor: Bowmer and Kirkland)
Project Value: £540,000

Led civil and groundwork operations for construction of a state-of-the-art science block. Managed the installation of strip foundations, reinforced concrete plinths, stormwater drainage, and construction of concrete floors across three stories. Ensured the installation of essential utility services and the timely completion of all groundwork phases.

Project: Project Pride, RAF Wyton – New Intelligence Facility (Principal Contractor: Skanska)
Project Value: £2.1m

Served as a Site Agent to the project manager, overseeing the installation of secure communications utilities and coordinating the transition from old to new systems. Managed decommissioning and commissioning processes in line with Ministry of Defence (MoD) requirements, and ensured compliance with all security protocols for personnel working on a MoD site.

Initially joining as a Sub- Agent, I quickly progressed to the lead role, overseeing civil works, groundwork, and landscaping. Managed the construction of reinforced concrete structures, including a swimming pool, foundations, drainage, and the installation of concrete floors across two levels. Additionally, I supervised the development of four outdoor sports pitches and four tennis courts.
