Jaskaran Bhachu

Some traits that define me are, I am curious and always looking to learn new things, I believe I'm hardworking and determined, I work well in a team, and with the experiences I have had I've gained good leadership skills. I am flexible which helps me work in a dynamic environment and well under pressure.

Thanks to the instruments I play, I have gained cognitive and technical skills as well as discipline and dedication. They have also given me amazing improvisational skills which I further use to perform live. This has helped me produce my own beats and music which I enjoy. Playing sports has been a great way for me to be in a group and learn good teamwork skills, as well as physical and mental wellbeing.

In 2025 I took part in the Bronze Duke of Edinburgh and completed it so I am now going for the silver Duke of Edinburgh. This has further developed my team building skills, survival skills and navigation skills.

In school, I have received back to back Bronze merit awards for my positive behaviour. I am very sociable and find it very easy to talk to people.

I really enjoy the subjects I am studying for GCSE like, Maths, Business and DT and I'm predicted high grades for them. My career aspirations are running my own business in the construction industry. As of right now, some of my interests and hobbies are music, sports and DIY, theses are all things that can help me in the future.
