I am currently a second-year forensic science and criminology student at Keele university, with a strong interest in exploring interventions for youths that have previously been involved in crime and the importance of having support around you. I am passionate about finding the root cause for the behaviour of the young individuals and hopefully making a difference as part of the youth offending team. Extensive knowledge around mutli agency working and keen to put this knowledge into a work place where i will be able to learn and progress.
The main reponsability in this job include high standards of communication, empahty and confidenntially for the survice users. A few of my roles involve person centred support for each cercanstance eg stroke patients, elderly individuals and those who require welfare checks. Also this job allows staff to be there as emotional support for the service users who are struggling espectially those who experiennce mental health issue.
As this is community work I work with a variety of different members of staff at all levels.
Developed strong communication and leader skills through regular interaction with the children and parents involved in the classes. I worked one to one with a child with autism and ADHD to encourage the to engage with the class and understood there diverse needs needed adapted ways of teaching to engage actively.

These awards allowed me to work on determination and team work as we had to complete a series of camping trips, planned hikes and execute the hikes with the teams navigations skills in order to finish.
