Currently, I am working as a Bartender in Haymarket Belfast. Within this role I had to learn and craft cocktails upon request and also become knowledgeable of a range of different spirits and beers. I also had to conduct briefs for the Armoury Virtual Shooting Range and The Stock Exchange Bar, further enhancing my communication skills.

During my placement year in university, I worked with a tier one construction contractor on a large scale residential development in Dublin. I communicated and collaborated with my colleagues to complete engineering tasks whilst also adhering to health and safety regulations. These tasks included setting out, surveying, concrete and mortar testing, and completing daily site diaries.

As a bartender, I prepared mixed drinks and poured wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages within target service timeframes. I also collected cash payments, processing and providing correct change and receipts using Point Of Sale (POS) systems. Furthermore, I maintained bar stocks, replenishing daily as necessary and engaged with guests to create positive rapport, encouraging loyalty and repeat visits.

During April 2022, I worked for Scenedock on the construction of the set of BBC drama 'World on Fire.' Throughout my time on set I ran errands for various employees throughout the company, including helping set up infrastructure and preventing trip hazards on-site to ensure the health and safety of fellow workers.
