Since joining Popeyes last year I have worked in Aberdeen , Glasgow , Edinburgh and Dundee.

In my role at Popeyes I am in charge of Stock ordering and controls , training programs , hiring , Profit and loss , scheduling , ensuring that my restaurant is hitting brand KPIs and day to day running and maintenance of the store.

I was also selected to open the brand new Popeyes in Dundee as restaurant manager and successfully landed this with the store maintaining early hype and foot fall throughout the first 3 months of trade as well as passing Environmental health , REV and Mystery Dinner.

As GM in Dundee I manage over 70 members of staff including 4 Shift Managers and 3 Assistant Managers

I often get sent to other stores to audit and improve performance as a supporting manager. I ensure that the store manager receives clear feedback as well as receive a personalised performance improvement plan.

Successfully rolled out marketing strategies with local business and football teams to aid sales growth.

Worked closely with my team daily to ensure that KPIs and brand targets were achieved

In charge of Stock counts , food ordering , training and hiring , deployment , scheduling and management of over 50 employees and 8 managers.

I was given experience to cover as Area coach at KFC for 2 Months looking after 7 restaurants stretching from Perth to Forfar managing RGMs daily to ensure that labour , GAP and team compliance were all aligned daily.

Was the main Pillar lead for Guest satisfaction -

Was in charge of training the shift managers to aligning the team to the Restaurant managers goals and expectations.

Was given my first store to run whilst in the AGM position in Arbroath

In charge of making sure the store will properly set up and closed down whilst ensuring cleanliness and a proitable shifts daily. I also ensured adherence to company policy by all team members, maintaining professionalism at all times.

In charge of making sure that stock was kept fresh by following FIFO whilst ensuring we had enough stock available to last the course of the shift
