  • Endured a very demanding job role to be quick thinking and work as a part of a team to fault find and prevent plant critical breakdowns which has built my character and confidence as I excel in my career.
  • Carrying out various types maintenance and fault finding tasks on industrial equipment, plant machinery and plant systems, along with responding to general and plant critical electrical breakdowns across Teesside beam mill. Testing and inspection of electrical equipment and plant machinery. Working with SCADA, PLCs such as GEM80 and Alspa, Automation, AC & DC Drives, AC & DC Motors, robotic equipment, DC Overhead crane breakdowns and maintenance.
  • Part of my job role is to be an authorised person for electrical isolations and immobilisations of plant machinery and equipment.
  • Examined various electrical systems and made recommendations for new equipment, repairs and modifications.
  • Always looking to find ways to improve electrical systems and help make the job easier and safer with my electrical team.
