While working as a data manager, studying at university, and exploring South America, I have sharpened and expanded my skillset, facilitating my development as a leader, hard worker, and inquisitive individual. Fascinated by the fast-paced nature of our changing world, I am exhilarated to have the opportunity to progress my early career during a time of peak technological advancement. I wish to continue to apply my unique insight, natural curiosity, and social capabilities to a new, challenging role.
In this role, I gained responsibility for the management of monitoring data for two projects within the HS2 railway development: the “Twyford to Greatworth” project (18 sites) and the “Old Oak Common” project (4 sites). Here, I've developed my skills as a data manager, learning how to configure, process, and interpret nuanced data sets used in reporting for clients.
A consistent source of passion for this role stems from working with clients and third parties. I provide bespoke solutions for complex data challenges and implement long-term frameworks to continually increase efficiency across projects.
I've utilised my verbal and written communication skills to establish excellent rapport with external parties, creating clear, concise communication channels that have fostered effective problem-solving.
Trusted by my superiors, I have been given the responsibility to train new candidates; a rewarding experience that illustrates my competence, personability, and proactivity.

Leadership
Creation of a Novel Business Idea
Jun 2023- Feb 2024
As a site agency worker, I developed a novel business idea to streamline recruitment in the industry. This experience was an opportunity to showcase my creativity, proactivity, and innovative spirit:
· Collaborated with two partners to develop a business plan for an AI-powered recruitment platform aimed at streamlining the hiring of labourers and skilled workers.
· The concept leveraged AI and machine learning to match candidates to local jobs, thereby reducing recruitment costs and allowing for increased worker pay. Other benefits included multilingual accessibility, and centralised documentation.
· Conducted industry research, held bi-weekly development meetings, and consulted finance and marketing professionals to strengthen forecasting and validate feasibility.
· Gained practical experience in problem identification, solution design, and cross-functional collaboration within a commercial context.
Sports and Health

I maintain a very active lifestyle. I have played rugby since the age of 5 and currently play for Blackheath Rugby Club's social team and recently competed against the England Deaf Team. As an avid football supporter, I regularly visit Charlton Athletic and compete in a 5-a-side team. Lastly, I’m a consistent runner, recently completing a half marathon.
Travel
Apr-Aug 2023
At the beginning of 2023 I began travelling South America, going through four countries over four months, including Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, and Guatemala. I engaged with the local cultures, visited museums, did the activities that each respective place had to offer. I also challenged myself massively across my journey by battling my fear of heights, but despite this,
canyoned down a 75m waterfall, para-glided and completed an 80m bungee jump.
