Since joining Lifeways group, I have been assigned to three residences, two in Ripon and one in Boroughbridge.

The two elderly gentlemen we support in Boroughbridge, have behaviours that challenge, complex diabetes, learning disabilities and autism.

We support another five similarly elderly gentlemen in Ripon with other complex care and support needs.

Among my duties of care and safeguarding, I assist with personal hygiene needs, maintenance of dignity and respect, medication, cooking, driving and any other duty assigned.

Since joining this company, I have had a lot of training in various tenets to enable me to safely carry out my tasks.
