I provide support in loading and unloading scaffolding materials, organising them for easy access and use for my colleagues.

I also began learning to erect and dismantle scaffolds on both local and regional sites across the country.

I've shown willingness to work away from home for weeks on end when needed to.

During my time at RDL I have completed my CSCS health and safety card, my COTS scaffolding labourer card, a manual handling course, a working at heights course and an asbestos awareness cource.

During my time as a bartender I developed people skills and learned how to make every customer feel welcome.

I managed bar inventory, conducted stock takes, and placed orders to maintain optimal supplies.

I worked in high pressure shifts with a full pub and minimum staff without compromising service quality.

I showed adaptability waiting on serving food, pot washing and even cooking in the kitchen when needed.

I even trained younger staff to develop their skills.
