Rural Insurance was acquired by Geo Underwriting in March 2020. At this stage, I gained an additional underwriting team and binder in AIUA.

• Providing technical training to the team (policy wording, underwriting guide, endorsement drafting).
• Complaint handling - drafting and issuing of Reservation of Rights, Voidance and Summary Resolution Communication letters.

• Handling Motor and Property claims.
• 2 year working for Agrical's High Net Worth/Private Clients Team.
• Handled claims within the Farm, Commercial, Private Clients/High New Worth, MOD, Forestry and Equestrian markets.
