I am a highly ambitious and dedicated individual. My learning and development in life and the opportunity to excel in my academic and professional careers are incredibly important to me.
I have shown that I am very competent at my job, excelling within Aon and on the broking side, managing the highest attributable revenue to any other broker outside of our North American operation. The next step for me is to continue to build out my strategic leadership qualities and move away from the transactional side of the business into a C-Suite role, either running the office in London or Regionally. My goal is to move into Executive Leadership across Aon Group.
2011-2013
Aon Graduate Programme, where I rotated around the Non-Marine Property and Japan Treaty teams. This was an 18-month program that gave me early broking and analytical experience in multiple high-profile broking teams. I undertook my ACII professional exams throughout my graduate program.
2013-2015
I worked on a number of our larger London Market accounts in a junior broking role, supporting the broader client team on placement, data analysis, analytics, and report management. We have a fast-track program in our team, and I was able to quickly develop my skills in a high-intensity work environment and excel within the allocated client teams. I also ran our Knowledge database, which tracked all the client and market data from >100 entities broken down into key financials and trend data, to assist with our post and pre-renewal reviews and the tender process. The development of this database is now the backbone of our team and USP when it comes to Aon's data and analytics.
2015-2017
I was seconded to our Singapore office to support the leadership of the Asia Pacific business for Property Specialty and build a framework across the region that matched the other key trading hubs that we have, globally run from London. Throughout my 2 years in Singapore, we were close to doubling our revenue and made positive strides in developing a more cohesive working practice with our London, Bermuda, and New York offices.
2017-2018
Following Singapore, I spent extended periods in Hong Kong, Bermuda, and New York, where I was put through a fast-track program of client experience and market networking. I returned to London to join the global leadership team responsible for APAC business and growth.
2018-Current
I remain in the global leadership team, now responsible for our Worldwide business, currently leading some of our largest global clients with >$30m of associated revenue. I have most recently been promoted to co-Head of our global Non-Marine Property team, in charge of supporting a team of 65 brokers and >$150m of team revenue.
