Ethan Latocha

I joined Drayton Beaumont services early September 2021 after working in the family business as a summer job. My experience of working at Drayton Beaumont was mainly shadowing electricians by watching the electricians, passing them materials and receiving jobs around the site which I always met the set deadlines and by delivering my work to a high standard. When working on site I was chose to represent Drayton Beaumont in health and safety meetings and On site safety meetings by working On site I gained experience by:

• Collaborating with team members to accomplish projects.
• Documenting completed work to company standards.
• Maintained clean, neat and organised work areas.
• Shadowed qualified electricians to understand electrical installation, repair and maintenance tasks.
• Following direction of senior electrical professionals to complete safe, efficient and accurate work.
• Preparing and organising work for electricians and other trades.

• After I finished school I got myself a summer job before I started my apprenticeship by working for the family business to gain skills, work experience and knowledge by:
• Responding to telephone enquiries from clients, vendors and members of public.
• Taking delivery's and organising our products.
• Greeting customers promptly and professionally, providing friendly, knowledgeable assistance.
• I also ran reception areas by greeting visitors and responding to telephone and in-person requests for information.

I enjoyed working at the Better Bathroom company a lot I enjoyed the IT environment a lot but mainly I gained a lot of knowledge and experience and thrived of working in teams and sometimes working on my own.
