My current Job is a bartender in a country pub.

- Provide a warm and friendly welcome to customers.

• Delegated tasks and responsibilities such as looking after customers from start to finish, cashing up the till and being responsable for opening and closing premises
• Managing stock levels efficiently, preventing shortages during peak hours
• Maintaining a clean and organised bar, enhancing customer satisfaction and maintaining pubs high standards.
• Adapting quickly to different situations, maintaining efficiency under pressure thus improving customer service skills

Started a small gardening business, which required me to be independent, proactively securing work for clients, working solo and dealing with decision making and responsibilities.

- What I learnt

• I have gained significant skills with a vast majority of tools, ranging from using chainsaws safely to mowing lawns and weeding
• Performed routine checks on gardening equipment to conform with health and safety
• creating inovoices for clients
• adheiring to cleints's specifiaction and time scales

• conform to site safety rules and follow instructions
• Loaded and unloaded building materials, maintaining supply availability
• Had to be capable of meeting new people and working with them daily
• Used various machines and tools such as dumpers/ diggers, which allowed me to be more useful on site from previous experience

Whinnie the Pooh Cafe

• Dealt with customer queries and complaints
• Put in charge of the shop selling various items and completing sales, dealing with money and change.
• I had experience handing out and serving food, dealing with queries and questions, I also took orders and was a part-time barista
• Carried out pot washing in the kitchen
• Worked flexible hours, covering nights, weekends and bank holidays.
• Consistently arrived at work on time and ready to start immediately.
• Cleaned work areas and equipment to maintain faultless hygiene standards.
