A personable and reliable individual, who flourishes in all environments. Happy to lead, but also be led, and takes accountability for my actions and applies personal pride in my appearance and work. I strive to better myself in every environment. Secured a place in the RAF by achieving physical and mental tasks. Since attending training at RAF Halton I have learned to be independent and fit into a team of mixed ages and backgrounds and have adapted to this well. The training includes a level of rigour including waking at 0500 for drills, and other physical activities. This has challenged me positively, and created a discipline, maturity and approach to tasks and relationships. Climbing the 3 peaks which includes Snowdon, Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike, this challenged me mentally and physically, it took determination and perseverance to complete all three mountains. A conscientious, hardworking individual, committed to seeing work through to the end and to a high standard. A good listener, a team player and able to follow instruction closely and work independently or lead others. I am looking to learn and improve my personal skills, and to build a career since leaving the RAF I fell into sales and loved every aspect my goal for the future is to be a very successful salesman.

  • I worked on a commission only basis where I was able to make enough sales per week to comfortably support myself
  • I also ran and managed a team off 8 people to hit their targets each week, I trained each one off them individually where I took time out off my time and helped support them in their settling in period
  • On the commission I also did paid fundraising for GOSH (children’s hospital) where I raised over £100,000 for the charity which I managed to do through direct sales
  • Speaking to customers from a variety off backgrounds which taught me how to converse with people from all different backgrounds I helped build relationships and networked with other people in my field which lead for my skills to be fine tuned by high level salesmen
