Accomplishments

Whilst working for London Ambulance Service I received multiple thank you letters from patients and families and colleagues for outstanding care.

One example a patient who had dislocated her shoulder in a road traffic accident thanked me for telling her a bad joke and making her laugh.

Another example the daughter of a patient who sadly died while we with her, wrote to express her gratitude for supporting her over the phone as she was in Scotland and her mother was in North

London.

I completed additional training in:

Major Incident Exercises.

Control and Management of Complex Incidents.

London Underground Familiarisation which involved policies and procedures to enter trackside safely, and work with partner agencies such as Transport for London and London Fire Brigade.
