Video Production

  • Months spent researching studios & camera work - gaining a self-taught proficiency with cameras

Strategy & Planning - Target Audience Development

Creditsafe - Gives data from Companies House, with advanced customisability for targeting.

Cognism - Gives data primarily from LinkedIn & other social platforms. This allows for better targeting of people & job roles, as opposed to companies & industries.

Strategy & Planning - Sales Development & Training

The Marketing role, for a short period of time, was developed into a Sales & Marketing role. During this period, I:

  • Designed and implemented the company’s HubSpot CRM system, including pipeline structure, workflows, and reporting
  • Created training documentation for onboarding Sales team members on CRM usage and processes
  • Created live sales reports to track performance and support decision-making

Once we started to use HubSpot, it was then my task to ensure a steady stream of Sales Data was pushed in, so Sales activity never suffered.

Around the time of HubSpot implementation being complete, a shift in company personnel allowed me to pursue a new role in the company, whilst working with the Sales Team.
