At John Lewis I was a Warehouse Operative based in Despatch. I dealt with loading/unloading Trailers.

• Ensure floor was kept tidy according to health and safety.
• Communicating with managers with any issues that would occur on shift.
• Running my area and managing other members of staff.
• organising breaks for staff so it wouldn't affect the business.
• communicating with transport for trailers that would need to be loaded to go to other warehouses.
• I would also have to write down all the trailers we tip and loaded throughout the day.
• if the floor space was getting very full this would also be communicated with managers if we were unable to clear it.
• I was also trained in sortation dealing with customers parcels send them out to be delivered.
• I was also trained on errors with customers parcel and system errors and making sure all parcels were scanned.

I worked at H&M as a order Picker ensuring that I hit my target every hour.

• Our target was to pick 260 items per hour I would often hit most days 300-320 items per hour much above my target.
• I was trained in many other areas also such as packing, returns , returns put away and inbound.
• we had to ensure the warehouse was kept tidy with picking this would involve making sure any empty boxes left would have to be thrown away. if we left them they would build up and create a lot of work later on.

I worked at Adidas as a warehouse Operative working in many different department's.

• At Adidas I work as a picker I was also trained on packing and receiving and put away.
• when picking our target was 80 per hr and 50 when packing and we had to make sure we were hitting these numbers.
• I had to communicate with managers if any issues when working some times to many of us picking and we would be moved to a different area.

At OTL Solutions I was a delivery driver for their contract with Amazon within the Wembley area, successfully delivering up to 250 parcels a day.

● Helping with loading and unloading of goods from the delivery vehicles

My role was to assist the Bar Managers in the effective running of the bar and ensure customer satisfaction through effectively managing my team.

● Communicating with the General Manager on a constant basis in order to keep upper management well informed of activities.

● Supervising my team by giving clear direction and guidance to follow as well as developing their skills to maximize performance.

● Ensure proper mixing, serving, and presentation of alcoholic and non- alcoholic drinks.

● Conduct cash handling procedures at beginning and end of day.

● Increasing sales through driving up-sells to achieve budget targets.

● Keeping up with standards of the bar by correcting bad practice where needed

● Completing daily paperwork to ensure high standards as well as maintaining a safe working environment for both staff and customers.
