Due to my desire to improve I quickly surpassed my desired score and was promoted to a different role after only being at the workplace for 3 months . This supports the fact that I am enthusiastic and persistent . The promotion involved a completely different task , I was trained on a high reach truck and appointed the role of placing and removing heavy stock at different aerial levels . this task involved much more concentration and responsibility which was hugely beneficial for me at such a young age .
