UTP Group had been approached by an acquirer, called myPOS. They purchased UTP Group, with majority of current staff at UTP Group, migrating over.
This position is divided into two separate sectors:
Internal recruitment
Field Sales Recruitment
UTP Group, were a merchant services, offering card terminals to small and medium businesses, including cash advances etc. UTP Group were an ISO, in partnership with Barclaycard.
After 6 months, UTP Group expanded their recruitment and talent acquisition department to support company growth. I transitioned into the team.
After a short period of working exclusively on the bar, I was promoted to assistant Retail Manager, through hard work and dedication.
