
I've been working since I was 16. I've mostly worked in customer service backgrounds, specifically waitressing and barista work at decently-sized cafés and coffee shops that tended to get extremely busy. It was stressful and my role as a team leader often resulted in customer complaints being my area of expertise. I am excellent at mediation and regularly handled any issues and worked to resolve them as quickly as possible. My employers have always described me as friendly, outgoing, hardworking and quick-to-adapt.
I have also done freelance work as a domiciliary care worker where I've taken care of the elderly and the infirm. Looking after people in every setting, be it in person or just over the phone is my specialty and I always seek to make sure that any service user is satisfied and well taken-care-of by the end of my shift.
