About me - I am an organised and dependable candidate successful at managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude. Willingness to take on added responsibilities to meet objectives. I have a vast amount of experience in developing innovative teaching and learning materials both in FE colleges and awarding bodies. This has been completed through various methods of being a co-ordinator for new advanced Level 4 and 5, and 7 qualifications to include all advanced treatments. I have also developed teaching and learning resource manuals for Level 4 Advanced Beauty Therapy and level 5 and 7 for Qualifi the awarding body. I have worked with various awarding bodies writing external exams and qualifications at a higher level and specialist subject areas. I am a lead IQA, supporting staff and helping students develop their skills in assessment processes with extensive background in maintaining high quality standards. I have the knowledge and hands-on experience that makes me an expert in my field. I share values of excellence, engagement, integrity, and innovation. I offer advice and guidance and help to share best practices and ideas, thus ensuring continued robust quality standards across my section. I am a qualified EQA and Examiner for FE colleges and private training providers supporting centres to support a robust quality service. I run a clinic to treat clients in advanced procedures and treatments. I have hands on experience in all beauty and aesthetic modalities and constantly updating my CPD yearly to ensure high quality standards are maintained. I am hardworking and passionate about education with excellent time management and problem solving skills.
