After completing my first year at university I returned to my local Coop as part of the management team. I began learning how to operate in a leadership role and adapted quickly. The duties I had as a customer team member still formed part of my role, however my responsibilities now also included; organizing and delegating work for the rest of the team, stock management, cash management and leading the team I work with. I continued to work as a team leader, part time, throughout my second year of university in Nottingham. I am currently working at my local Co-Op branch in Silsoe until I return to university in September
