Working at local EE contact center allowed me to enhance my ability to communicate clearly and offer effective advice to customers on a daily basis. While at EE I often used Volunteering hours to partake in the Park Run events. with the skills and experience gained I believe I would be able to offer a valuable perspective to customers looking at a very wide range of technology. Not only offering technical advice and assistance with a very high first call success solution rate most month I was able to hit my Bonus for Additional sales and recommendations.
