ProPursuit is a global job board, which allows companies to advertise their vacancies and allow candidates to create profiles, and apply to such vacancies. We also work as an external recruitment agency, working with high value, multi-billion dollar organisations to VC funded start-ups.

Our sole focus as an external agency was to provide Tech talent to organisations ranging from Developers, Product Managers, Designers, Agile Coaches and many more across all of the EMEA region.


My responsibilities

  • Improved overall recruitment success by developing comprehensive candidate screening process.
  • Designed training programmes for new recruits ensuring faster acclimatisation.
  • Hosted individual and tailored training programmes to team members dependant on their experience/career level.
  • Managed a team of up to 9 other Recruiter's which ranged from Apprenticeships to Senior Recruiters
  • Focused on handling new business development and existing business and regularly dealt with Senior HR members, C-level management and technical leads.
  • Negotiated terms of business with organisations to help reduce their overall external agency budget whilst providing high value candidates to them.
  • Negotiated between customer and candidate on salary expectations and handled any contract queries in final stages
  • Conducted regular performance reviews, within the team. Setting out new KPI's and providing training when needed.
  • I was also responsible for creating new job adverts to advertise on our platform, as well as social media platforms such as LinkedIn
  • I also really enjoyed just being a "360 Recruiter" so i enjoyed regularly being on the phone to candidates, finding new talent and also handling new business development.
  • Personally provided interviewing preparations with all candidates represented to clients to ensure a smooth interview process.

TechConnect Global was an external recruitment agency which focused on providing technical staff to customers across the EMEA region.


In 2024 TechConnect Global decided to merge with it's sister company ProPursuit which allowed us to not only provide external recruitment but also provide both candidates and clients with a higher service and offer a job board platform.


My responsibilities:

  • I grew the organisation from just myself up to 9 team members, ranging from Junior-Senior level
  • Helped provided training regimes for each individual team member, to highlight any strengths and weaknesses and to help them grow as recruiters
  • Held monthly performance reviews with staff
  • Handled new business development and existing business development and have strong experience working with Senior personnel in HR, C-Level management and Technical Leads.

  • Provided a screening call to each candidate to highlight suitable positions, and further provided interview preparations to these candidates once they were interviewing with my clients
  • Have a strong understanding of customer's requirements and have a strong understand of the technical recruitment realm. However I do have experience in supporting some of my long term customers with HR and Marketing personnel

I started my career here as a junior recruiter where I would only identify and speak with talented candidates for existing vacancies that our senior staff members had.

After approximately 1 year I was then promoted into a Senior Recruiter where I then helped identify and target new customers in both onshore and offshore oil rigs.

It was a great opportunity for me to learn the art of recruitment and work with a great team where I developed and progressed massively over my time working here. Sadly I was made redundant with many others due to the downturn in the Oil industry as that time
