I started my career here as a junior recruiter where I would only identify and speak with talented candidates for existing vacancies that our senior staff members had.
After approximately 1 year I was then promoted into a Senior Recruiter where I then helped identify and target new customers in both onshore and offshore oil rigs.
It was a great opportunity for me to learn the art of recruitment and work with a great team where I developed and progressed massively over my time working here. Sadly I was made redundant with many others due to the downturn in the Oil industry as that time
Shortly after leaving school, I got the opportunity to gain sales experience working in the city where I helped provide stock and shares options for investor within the oil industry
