Jack Rowland-Green

I am a motivated 19-year-old looking to begin a long-term career in the agricultural and horticultural industry. During my previous eight months working as a Plant Assistant, I developed a genuine passion for the field and gained valuable hands-on experience working with plants and garden products in a retail environment.

Alongside this experience, I have a background in Business and Economics, which has helped me develop an understanding of customer service, organisation, and the commercial side of retail operations. I am confident working with a wide range of products and collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality service and a positive experience for customers.

I take pride in my work, have a strong work ethic, and am always eager to learn new skills. I am keen to continue developing my knowledge and aim to become a reliable and valuable member of any team I join.
