  • Time is often split 50/50 between seeing minors (see and treat/walk ins) and majors (bedbound/resus) patients.
  • High level of responsibility when leading a POD (8 patient monitoring beds in majors), required to manage this independently under indirect supervision and escalating to seniors when appropriate.
