My main responsibilities in this role are to assess and treat people who suffer from mild to moderate mental health issues such as anxiety and depression. Some of the skills required for this role which have been developed upon are organisational skills, time management, diary management, and caseload management.

Within this role I was responsible for managing a caseload of inpatient patients who suffered with severe and enduring mental health conditions such as borderline personality disorder and psychosis. I have facilitated group sessions and 1:1 sessions providing therapeutic interventions. Some skills required and developed in this role have been communication skills, building rapport, and working as a team.

I conducted semi structured interviews via telephone with the general public. To succeed in this role I was required to build rapport via telephone quickly and be determined to hit targets.

Assisted teachers with classroom management and document coordination to maintain positive learning environment.

Set up visual aids, equipment and classroom displays to support teacher's lesson delivery.

I worked on behalf of BT conducting outbound sales calls. This role required me to meet targets set by management and adapt my approach regarding the different products sold at the time.
