In my role as a Door Supervisor, I significantly enhanced my communication skills, mastering the art of clear, concise, and effective dialogues, essential for maintaining safety, resolving conflicts, and providing excellent service. When working as an apprentice technician I got my hands dirty and really developed my problem-solving and adaptability skills when performing diagnostic work on a wide range of different vehicles. My stint in hospitality sharpened my people skills, from customer service to effective leadership and communication.
