
With a strong background as a freelancer as well as working as a marketing manager for a global brand, I have the knowledge, expertise and skill set to be a valuable asset to any team, project or company I am part of.
I am an extremely motivated person whilst also eager to learn, adapt and improve as much as possible so I can fill any role I step into to the best of my ability.
During my time as European Marketing Manger at TILTA I have had many responsibilities. This has been a largely self driven position where I have been responsible for overseeing multiple retailers, creating, organising and overseeing events, workshops and trade shows throughout the UK and Europe. I have also established strong partnerships with globally recognised brands such as Fuji Film, Black Magic Design, Nikon, Sony, Panasonic and many more.
I have also worked within the educational sector to bring workshops to universities and schools, this has included organising visits to some of the UK's biggest film studios.
Finally I have also worked extensively with social media creators ranging from 10k followers to 1M+ followers, creating and leveraging these relationships to boost online awareness for the brand.
Whilst working in this position I have gained skills such as effective communication, relationship building, working to deadlines, identifying brand opportunities, executing offline events, understanding and communicating marketing strategies and boosting brand representation.
This project was a social media campaign for a new product release, for this project we took a team of social media creators to north Wales to film car content, I was responsible for overseeing all aspects of project including, risk assessments, filming permits, transport logistics, accommodation, pre production communication, insurance and equipment lists.
As a camera car operator I was responsible for operating the remote camera systems on the back of the vehicle. This view was being sent live to Sky Sports F1. Safety was a big factor in this situation, I was also responsible for directing the 3 other crew members within the vehicle.
As a camera technician for the 2024 Olympic Games I was responsible for travelling around France to setup and de rig cameras for the football matches. Some of these were solo trips which gave me the opportunity to manage my own time as well as lone working skills.
As a camera car operator I was responsible for setting up and operating a specialist camera car which was used at high speeds to capture footage of other cars on a race track. This gave me a high level of responsibility as we were operating these cars at high speeds.
As a grip trainee within the film industry I would help assist crew members within the camera department. These responsibilities would include moving, organising and cleaning equipment, assisting with setting up shots and coordinating safety within the camera department by keeping clear communication.
Whilst working as a trainee within Panavision rentals I would learn how to correctly load/pack equipment, clean equipment that had been returned, complete damage inspections and learn the fundamentals of the film industry.
Whilst working as a trainee within the Independent Grips Company I would learn how to correctly load/pack equipment, clean equipment that had been returned, complete damage inspections and learn the fundamentals of the film industry.
During my time at Halfords I would mostly be in the car park as a "fitter" this would be a service that was provided where I would replace car batteries, bulbs and perform checks on customers cars. As a B2C role I gained valuable customer service experience.
