The skills within my current role allow me to provide customer service to the highest level and build and create customer relations. I can transfer these skills into my next career.

Within my current role as sales advisor I deal with my own set of customers on a daily basis. These skills would enable me to build my own set of clients within a Personal trainer/Coach role.

I have built on these skills over the years whilst being employed within customer service and customer facing roles within the automotive industry. This has allowed me to adapt as an individual and become exceptionally good at working and being independently and as part of a team. This has given me increased confidence and interpersonal skills in communication and listening.

This role I achieved my level 3 customer service practioner qualification and began my career within the automotive industry as a customer sales and service provider.

Responsible for maintaining and undergoing all areas of arboriculture work. I worked within a 2-man team in providing customers with expectational customer service for the services that we offered

Within this job role building customer relationships and rapport was crucial for building and maintaining a reputation and customer retention.

I also Interacted with customers on a daily basis whilst providing a tailored service whcih was crucial in gaining their trust and confidence.

Hospitality staff at a prominent events company responsible for wedding receptions & functions.

I was responsible for the organisation of the venue and setting up of the function. I worked within a team to provide customer service through catering and providing a service at a set standard.

I also formed strong customer relations and communication skills to provide customer satisfaction.
