I am a motivated sixth form student at the Thomas Hardye School who is keen to find weekend and summer work. I am adaptable, hard-working, and quick to learn. I can confidently work with people, but most importantly, I absolutely love animals, especially cats.
In this role I work one-on-one to support children with special educational needs at a holiday club. Thanks to my role here, I've developed valuable skills in teamwork and communication. I have demonstrated a respectful and friendly approach, and an ability to be flexible and willing to help wherever needed. I have gained experience in cleaning and managing facilities.
With the Dorchester youth council, I have carried out multiple volunteer roles including:
I have had the opportunity to learn how to create and plan large-scale projects in a group, as well as how to deliver on them. Furthermore, I have attended a conflict resolution training through the youth council.
