Isla Bagshaw

I am a hard-working and organised person who is keen to develop new skills. I work well both with others and by myself and I display initiative. I am reliable and always work to the best of my ability. I have good communication skills and I am able to follow instructions effectively to complete a task.

I completed my year 10 work experience placement from school in a Primary School where I completed a variety of tasks including supporting children with their learning tasks, filing away completed work and general classroom tasks. I have continued to volunteer in the school since completing my work experience, which has given me the opportunity to further develop my skills particularly in terms of communication in a work environment.

In my free time I enjoy rowing and I am a member of North Staffs Rowing Club, where I have assisted with supporting coaching of younger junior rowers. I also enjoy baking and cooking.
