House Bursar

Rhodes Trust
Oxford, Oxfordshire
2020.02 - 2026.03

My role was extended during a five year building programme which saw a major refurbishment and redevelopment of Rhodes House, a Grade 2 listed building.

Furthermore I oversaw the setting up of new contracts for cleaners, caterers and security as well as creating the Front of House team and developing the catering offering.

During my time I was also responsible for the provision of the newly developed accommodation for visitors. I took a positive customer service approach to increase satisfaction levels for both accommodation guests and for event clients and trained the Front of House to deliver a very high service level.
