Due to the pandemic， I stayed in Shanghai for the post lockdown part-time job as a coffee assistant. I’m not the coffee Barrister however I help with multiple tasks such as waiting, created price tags and merchandise signs, and work as a cashier during busy times. From these, gained understanding of individual customer needs and preferences, sharing knowledge and expertise of coffees, teas and merchandise.
