I have been swimming since I was 6 weeks old, I would attend swimming classes twice a week I attended the Bedford Swimming school where I managed to swim to squad level

I have participated in swimming activities such as diving, maintaining my breathe under water for a specific amount of time I have also passed an activity for obtaining objects from the bottom of the pool including bricks and other heavy objects

Part of my GCSE coursework for my BTEC Sport I needed to record how to teach someone how to swim I did a 3 minute video and submitted this for my exam coursework

Just recently on holiday in Crete, I managed to rescue a young female who got her anklet caught in a net of her lilo I swam to her aid and helped to maintain her head above water until another person helped to release her from the net

As part of the my swimming lessons and swimming activities, I have always been taught water safety awareness It is a great life skill to have however you have to know how to be safe in the water
