My general duties have been consisted of learning the engineers role by attending breakdowns and completed Preventative Planned Maintenance. I also would completed all paperwork on my shift from the shift, i would make sure jobs are up to date on the system. I attended 3 years at college getting a level 2 and level 3 in Mechatronics and NVQ Engineering technician. My NVQ EPA is on 27th April 2026. I worked 12 hour panama shifts days and nights. The skills I've gained included, Improved team productivity with efficient workflow management. Gathered real-world experience through extensive fieldwork, improved practical knowledge base. Employed engineering principles to troubleshoot complex machinery issues successfully.

My general duties consisted of, managing till operations accurately to prevent discrepancies. Assisted customers with queries, leading to positive feedback. Worked as part of a team to meet targets. Done daily housekeeping duties maintaining an inviting atmosphere. Replenished shelves frequently ensuring availability of products at all times. Processed returns and exchanges efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction. Conducted cash handling duties, ensuring correct transactions.

My general duties included meeting and greeting customers, taking orders, Executed food preparation tasks efficiently to meet dining deadlines, processing card and cash payments. Always maintaining high standards of health hygiene practice when preparing food and at close of business in cleaning the premises ready for opening of business the next day. I was also given the responsibility of being a key holder and under supervision opening the business on some mornings,Demonstrated knowledge of dietary restrictions by preparing suitable alternatives as needed. Served food and beverages to dining guests with outstanding customer service.
