I have spent the last 18 months carrying out in-work support for people who have a learning disability. The work has been very varied e.g. office based support, social support, lab based support and mental well being support.

As part of my role, I assisted an individual host a men's mental health day. This involved booking the venue and speakers ( including Andy's Mans Club), sorting out attendees and being present on the day.

I also attended two residentials (5 days) called Young Leaders as part of the support staff team.
