The policy center is integrated with multiple downstream Systems such as Claim center, Agency Master, Contact Manager, Content Manager, Hawkeye and Finance.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Reviewed project specification documentation to create appropriate testing methodologies.
  • Responsible for building end-to-end QA strategy for Guidewire
  • Developed comprehensive test plans and workforce breakdown structures for complete systems.

In One Portal programme of Vodafone , self-service capability delivered will allow Customers and Vodafone Internal users to have a consistent experience in terms of order, change of service request, viewing existing service with transparent view of service management and support capabilities.
As a result of this new enhancement Vodafone customers and internal users can view E-bills and Operational performance reports using Single Sign On functionality. Benefits from this new portal is reduction in incident rejection, efforts for agents in Remedy system and provide better Customer experience.
