I am a dedicated and enthusiastic GP with experience that spans across both primary, out-of-hours, urgent care and secondary care, including rotations in geriatric medicine, emergency medicine, and general practice. I have developed strong skills in managing acute and chronic conditions, delivering evidence-based care, and promoting holistic, patient-centered practice.
I have a particular interest in type 2 diabetes and chronic disease management, having undertaken audits and QI projects on GLP-1 agonist prescribing and safe prescribing in older adults. I am confident in managing complex multimorbidity, implementing anticipatory care plans and working in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
I bring excellent communication skills, QOF experience, and a proactive approach to clinical governance and quality improvement. I have strong working knowledge of EMIS Web, ADASTRA, Docman, eRS, and EPS prescribing systems.
Having lived and trained in Lancashire for several years, I am excited by the opportunity to contribute to the organisation's ongoing success while growing within a supportive and forward-thinking team.
